Cooksie’s Classic Movies 1 – The Man With Two Brains
The Man with Two Brains is a 1983 American comedy film directed by Carl Reiner and starring Steve Martin and Kathleen Turner.
Steve Martin plays Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr, a pioneering neurosurgeon with a cruel and unfaithful new wife, Dolores Benedict (Turner).
This movie is a cracker – we took the our band name Derrero from here.
I thought that this would be a great place to start a new film section of the blog. I’m not a massive movie fan but I was thinking about this film today and fancied sticking up a clip.
Anybody got any good recomendations for other classic comedy films ?

This is my favorite Carl Reiner/Steve Martin film, and one of my favorite comedy fims, period. In my opninion a briliant little piece of absurdism and strange, over the top humor.
